The goal of ITAM is to create a centralized location to oversee the organization’s entire inventory of IT assets, with a complete IT inventory that gives organizations a quick view of every IT asset within the company. Includes data centers, software, hardware, networks, employee or user workstations and any other business technology. 


The Common Service Data Model (CSDM) represents a standard and shared set of service-related
definitions across our products and platform that will enable and support true service level reporting
while providing prescriptive guidance on service modeling within the CMDB.

These service-related
definitions span the ServiceNow® product portfolio and the Now Platform®.



Honeywell International- Senior Manager ITSM - ITAM - ITOM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the transition to the Common Services Data Model

  • Work with IT Service Owners and Business leaders to develop and enhance technical solutions that leverage ServiceNow to deliver operational excellence

  • Act as the focal point for managing the relationship with ServiceNow

  • Responsible for ongoing management of ServiceNow license entitlements including cultivating demand for license requirements, participate in negotiations, develop process for license distribution to users and regular monitoring and governance to maintain license compliance

  • Responsible for end to end ownership over the ServiceNow CMDB

  • Design, implement, and evolve IT asset management configuration database and supporting processes

  • Participate in platform upgrades (e.g. system or security patches)

  • Partner with IT Architect & Engineering team to drive operational improvements

  • Follow ITIL standard methodologies in implementing, handling and delivering service capabilities delivered via the ServiceNow platform
